Based on the extensive experience in manufacturing stainless steel manifolds, Maxiflow has expanded its production to include stainless steel fittings. The initial phase of this expansion involves an investment of approximately 8 to 10 million RMB, covering new molds for stainless steel fittings, CNC machines, pressure testing equipment, and other essential resources. This initiative is expected to achieve a monthly production capacity of 1 million units.
The materials used include various grades of stainless steel, such as 304 and 316, while the manufacturing processes comprise casting, forging, powder metallurgy, welding, and more. The product range covers threaded fittings, pull on fittings, press fittings, and valves. Additionally, custom processing is available based on customer-provided samples.
